Choose Civility Harford County is a grassroots, countywide campaign designed to uplift our community by promoting respect, restraint, and responsibility everywhere in Harford County (including the internet).
Harford County Public Library is honored to be the lead organization of the Choose Civility Harford County initiative, along with a strong partnership with the Harford County Government.
